Hand built, porcelain totem with minimal blue accents and 18 karat gold luster, wings. Stomach reads the word ‘guided’ however, the glaze ran in the kiln and is now not quite legible. These sorts of artistic accidents are what make the work so unique. Hand collected iron rich sand from Big Sur California was added to the final firing to create a vitrified iron bloom.
